Gowlings Law and Technology Prize 2009

The law firm of Gowlings, Toronto sponsors a prize to the student achieving the highest mark in Law and Technology.

Trilateral Moot Court Competition 2008

The Dalhousie team, comprised of four third-year students, including myself, won the award for best overall team. I also won, along with one of my team members, the award for best factum.

Boyne Clarke Prize 2007

The law firm of Boyne Clarke awards a prize annually to the first year student from Nova Scotia who has demonstrated excellence through a combination of academic achievement, participation and contribution to the law school and the broader community.

G.O. Forsyth Essay Prize 2007

Awarded to that student who submits the best essay on a legal topic, to be selected by the faculty.

Law Foundation of Nova Scotia Entrance Scholarship 2006

As an undergraduate and graduate student in computer science I also received various prizes and grants, including entrance and achievement scholarships, a German Academic Exchange Service Scholarship, Ontario Graduate Scholarships, NSERC Graduate Scholarships, and research and teaching assistantships.
